lycopene

Lycopene is a fat soluble phytonutrient found especially in processed tomato products such as tomato juice that may help prevent prostate cancer and glaucoma. It should be obtained from whole fruits and vegetables (see also here), rather than supplements and is best absorbed when cooked (see also here).
