Jicama Mango Salad

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cups peeled and julienned jicama
- 3 cups peeled and sliced mango
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 cup minced red onion
- Zest of 1 orange
- Orange pieces, to taste
- Lemon zest, to taste
- Lemon pepper, to taste (optional)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sliced radishes (optional garnish)
Mix the garlic, lemon juice, and cilantro. Season with lemon pepper and black pepper to taste.
Add the remaining ingredients, toss lightly, and serve. Garnish with sliced radishes, if desired.
