Content Review Volunteer Application

Role

Closely review our upcoming videos to identify errors, typos, and other discrepancies to fix before the videos are available to the public.

This task requires great attention to detail, ability to work with short deadlines, and flexibility in your availability, among other things. These review periods happen each month for the remainder of 2023. We ask that you are able to comfortably commit 2 – 4 hours of your time within a 1 – 2 week period ideally each month, but there is flexibility if you’re not always available. Advance notice about exact dates will be provided during every review period.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with NutritionFacts videos
• Strong proofreading skills
• Science and/or math background preferred
• Able to follow instructions well
• Fluent in English
• Flexible availability
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks
