spinach, kale, or other dark greens

plum tomatoes

coarsely chopped

red bell pepper
quartered

red onion
chopped

garlic clove
(optional)

jalapeño pepper
seeded (optional)

teaspoons
lemon juice

apple
cored and quartered

teaspoons
chlorella
(optional)

fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp ground)

ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to large glasses and serve.
