  1. Dr Greger I am certain will kick a$# take names and numbers. He always seemingly does.

I hope this site is prepared for what will likely follow when the limelight of popular media is directed its way. PBS special is one thing this is quite another.

I think most do not know how pervasive is the dairy and meat industry and to what extend they will go to see to it those in opposition are distracted from their aim.
I know this sounds like conspiracy stuff but in the initial fight to show climate change to the public all the initial defenders of the issue were demonized and attempted to destroy..Many were destroyed

Our side fails often to my opinion to connect the dots of how peoples expressing science in on area are treated to translate that to another. For example climate change peoples never really took a look at how the tobacco industry treated their first detractors. They suffered as result the detriment of similar tactics they could have been but were not aware of..
Due to commonality of board membership amongst all the major corporations there is unity of action in diverse areas of participation not normally thought of as being connected.

Those in opposition to such influence invariably never have such a unity of action ability.
It is always anti tobacco science against big T. Human inspired global warming science against the oil companies. Health science against meat and dairy.
It is never us against them. Us is always separated and fractionalized. Them is always unified. Corporate structure impels that….
So it is a disadvantage overcome with only great difficulty.
The global warming crowd they lost the fight. Despite the better results to follow it has gone to far.

I hope this crowd which is a bit that crowd has much better success.
Now in the limelight one will also be in the crosshairs.
Never before has a movement of sorts fallen directly on science. They will and do know that and correspondingly will consider this perhaps the greatest threat. As the truth be out, major change may ensue.

Think about it…the most growing of industries American health care which has a inordinate amount of monies and percent of GDP delegated to its success. This all can come a tumbling down if this area of science becomes known of. WE are taught our America pays so much more than other nations for health care because of system of providence. It is true that but more so much more so are the foods we are eating which cause us to need health care so much more than other nations. Do you think they do not know that?.Did the AMA simply refuse to endorse tobacco as cancer as many docs were smokers or did a darker thing run afoot?
Do they lie about marijuana as they really think it bad, which seems not supported by science or because they sense a competitor for opioids?

Meat and dairy are but one part of the corporate system which will and do oppose this thing. It shakes literally the foundation of the entire thing. And agribusiness. How big is that? This knowledge can simply not be allowed the public.

Sounds crazy I know…but it is fact.

So I hazard some rain on this parade. Continue on we must but do so with eyes wide open and reasonably prepare.
You do not know it yet, perhaps, but you have engaged a enemy and this thing be a war. It is now declared openly… they will assuredly be a coming. They do not take challenge nor threat lightly. The science itself is both. They cannot allow it.
And I restate…..it is all that will be coming not just this or that. They speak with one voice and in complete unity. Henceforth you now having attracted attention will be subject to their regard.

Dr Greger will rock January 11….he always does.

  2. Every interview/ lecture I’v seen with the good has pretty much been the same, as in, seen one, seen ’em all. I waiting for some one to challenge him on the actual science, a discussion, maybe even debate. The Keto / pro meat, high fat/ low carb crowd is actually growing, or at least becoming more boisterous.

BTW, I can’t read your responses, because I do not participate in email conversations.
    I very much prefer disquss.
