What excites you about nutrition?

“The power of what we eat. Everything we eat everyday can interact over our lifetime to promote health or contribute to disease. It’s incredibly intricate and directly affects our lives. Trying to understand all that complexity and help translate it into action is something I love about working in nutrition science.”

What inspires you about working at NutritionFacts.org?

“I love being part of a team dedicated to making nutrition and lifestyle medicine research accessible so people can make informed food and lifestyle choices.”
