NutritionFacts.org original materials1 are currently operating under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Our materials can be copied and redistributed in any format as long as there is clear credit given to NutritionFacts.org, and as long as you are not using the material for commercial purposes.2 You need to note if you have altered the material in any way. If the material is altered in a way that distorts the information presented, NutritionFacts.org has the right to request the material be taken down.3 If NutritionFacts.org becomes aware of infringing and/or objectionable uses of NutritionFacts.org materials, NutritionFacts.org will contact you to try to resolve the matter. If we are unable to reach a reasonable resolution, or if we become aware of a pattern of violations of our Policy, we may pursue appropriate legal action.
- NutritionFacts.org original materials include videos, blogs, podcasts, and social media posts. The NutritionFacts.org logo and Dr. Greger’s photo and name fall outside of this copyright material. In order to use the NutritionFacts.org logo, Dr. Greger’s photo or name, use must be approved in writing by a NutritionFacts.org staff member.
- Non-commercial means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation. If NF materials are redistributed and the commercial intention is unclear, NutritionFacts.org reserves the right to request the materials be removed. You cannot use any NutritionFacts.org content to promote a product without approval from NutritionFacts.org staff.
- We do not allow alterations of our original images used on the website or on social media, or our health kit resources.
