V-12 Vegetable Blast
This is a great way to drink your vegetables!
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, kale, or other dark greens
- 1-2 plum tomatoes
- 1 rib celery coarsely chopped
- ½ red bell pepper quartered
- 1 tablespoon red onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- ½ jalapeño pepper seeded (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 apple cored and quartered
- 2 teaspoons chlorella (optional)
- 1 ¼ inch fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp ground)
- ½ cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients with 2 cups of water in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to large glasses and serve.
