Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups spinach, kale, or other dark greens
  • 1-2 plum tomatoes
  • 1 rib celery coarsely chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper quartered
  • 1 tablespoon red onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove (optional)
  • ½ jalapeño pepper seeded (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons chlorella (optional)
  • 1 ¼ inch fresh turmeric (or 1/4 tsp ground)
  • ½ cup ice cubes
