Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh or thawed frozen blackberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons Date Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Use it as is, or cover and refrigerate until needed. The sauce may thicken after sitting awhile, so stir it before using and add up to 1 additional tablespoon of soy milk to thin it, if desired.
