LDL cholesterol

The best way to prevent heart disease seems to be by consuming a plant-based diet and trying to lower your LDL cholesterol to the new target levels. Consuming cocoa power, golden raisins, and other healthy foods will help lower cholesterol. Eliminating brains, eggs, coconut milk, and coconut oil from one’s diet will also help you achieve healthier cholesterol levels.
