    Reece Dubbol-YooYes, I've read about 3 different theories of celiac and gluten-sensitivity now. 1. Round-up used on wheat to dry it (… ). 2. The fact that we're putting gluten in so many other processed foods where it's not part of WHOLE wheat (refined/extracted/highly processed foods not being good for us) (… This study puts the selective planting theory to rest too). 3. Gut-destroying or automimune disease-inducing pharmaceuticals. (And before anyone jumps up and down about number 3, keep in mind that ALL pharmaceuticals have side-effects. Why can't there be side-effects in the gut???). So, if we eat organic grains, avoid processed foods, and try to be healthy enough to not need big pharma, maybe we will avoid gluten-sensitivity?
